How it works
Certification process
Our process examines the 11 major HR functions from every angle, with a scoring system, and the final score has to clear 85 per cent to earn the certification.

Our team of experts reviews your application once you have completed the eligibility questionnaire.

Companies that qualify meet one of our assessors for two hours. We work through our analysis questionnaire, built on 11 criteria covering the full range of best practice in human resources management. The process requires you to walk us through your HR tools.

Our experts review every answer and every management tool presented, weighing how consistent and how effective the HR practices in place really are.

A percentage score against HR best practice is established. Above 85 per cent, the company qualifies for the Employeur Élite certification.
How we carry out the assessment
We know that the leaders of small and mid-sized companies are short on time. That is why we skip the long forms. We meet you at your workplace instead, for two hours and at no cost, which lets us see the documents, the management tools and the HR processes you actually use. The meeting is free.
