Our rigorous Elite Employer certification process is based on 11 carefully assessed criteria.
Our team of experts will analyze your application once you have completed the eligibility questionnaire.
Eligible companies will be met by one of our expert assessors for a two-hour meeting, during which we will complete our rigorous analysis questionnaire, based on 11 carefully selected criteria, covering the full range of best practices in human resources management. The analysis process requires a presentation of your HR tools and must demonstrate the excellence of your employee management.
Our experts meticulously review each response and each management tool presented, assessing the consistency and effectiveness of the HR practices in place.
Based on this data, a percentage of cohesion with HR best practices will be determined. If the evaluation score exceeds 85%, the company qualifies for Elite Employer Certification, a prestigious recognition for excellence in human resources management.
